Rudy Giuliani - 2/2 books "Leadership". Now before anyone jumps to political conclusions, I was at the dollar store 3 weeks ago and saw his books there. I bought two ($2.10) and used two priority mail stamps ($9.90) and sent them to this office in NYC. I wanted to write "I know you aren't, but I was thrilled to find your book in the dollar store." 21 days later I got 2 signed books (one personalized, one not) for a total of $12. Not too shabby!
