Ray Hamrick - former Phil from the 40's. Apparently he passed in away about a year and a half ago. I sent it out about 2 years ago and his family must have went through his mail. They were nice enough to send a mass card, and a small card sized photo, with what I think is a legit autograph but may be a preprint. Either way, that was very nice of them and our prayers are with him.

Rob Myers - free agent and former Eagle practice squad player of a total of 44 days last year, took a year and a half to send back 2 unsigned CICs. Rob Myers doesn't sign in 18 months, but Chuck Bednarik does in a week. I guess they really don't make them like Chuck anymore.

MANNY IN 'DA HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, it's finally happening. Manny Trillo is doing a signing. My Phillies photo will be completed on November 20,2010 thanks to our good friends at www.poppel.com who is hosting Manny and others at a show in Fairless Hills, PA at the Bucks County Tech High School. Thank you to everyone who emailed, posted msgs and texted me. First one to do so though was.... Dubs, Matt from Pa texted me late September 25th to share the good news. I can't wait to get it finished. I thought it was going to haunt me forever.

Tom Nieto - former Phillie, good thing I just bought him on Ebay.
and.... Darrell Conner- You never heard of him? Me neither. Until Astrosfan5 from www.sportsgraphing.com sent me a msg telling me he had a unique gift for me. Anyway, according to the back of his card Darrell Conner "worked with Cole Hamels. Some teams backed away from Hamels when the lefty broke a bone in his upper arm as a high school sophomore, but Conner saw an ace with three plus pitches. After rounding up Xrays and sending them to the team doctors, Darrell submitted his recommendation. The Phillies nabbed Cole 17th overall in 2002 and, six years later, he became the hero of the team's World Championship." Three thoughts on this, #1 Thank you Astrosfan5 #2 we are now collecting team scout's autographs? #3 we now feel it is necessary to have team's scouts' autographs certified. A sign of the apocalypse if I ever seen one.
